Man Who Leaked Martha Kay’s Exciting Photos Denied Bail

The DPP asked the court to deny bail to Herbert Arinaitwe – a businessman who is accused of leaking Martha Kagimba aka Martha Kay’s exciting photos.
In 2019, internet went into total frenzy after photos of Martha Kay leaked online. The socialite who had released a comic skit of ‘Range Rover’, fled to Kenya as she could not handle the street talk.
The Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI) swung into action and arrested Herbert Arinaitwe on July 11, 2019.
He was charged and remanded to Luzira Upper Prison where he has since been. He applied for bail in the High Court saying that Martha Kay took the pictures herself and insists that he was flamed.

Arinaitwe is also accused of aggravated robbery and blackmail. It is alleged that on April 11, 2019, Arinaitwe drugged Martha Kay and robbed her two mobile phones; a Samsung Galaxy and an iPhone, both valued at 6m. He also stole the victim’s money purse containing an ATM card, driving permit, and 400k.
It is said Arinaitwe used drug scopolamine that made Martha Kay lose her consciousness.
When they reached unidentified destination, Arinaitwe offered Martha a deal to sleep with an unknown rich man for 10m. In the process, Arinaitwe offered her a drink and she lost consciousness.
The next day she found herself in bed donning Adam and Eve attire with her properties missing.
