Balaam Turns Whistleblower, Tips Off URA To Arrest Sipapa Over Tax Evasion – LISTEN TO AUDIO

After throwing Jose Chameleone in trouble, Events promoter, Balaam Barugahara has tipped off Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) to arrest Charles Olim aka Sipapa over evading taxes.
In a leaked audio, Balaam can be overheard telling URA officials that Sipapa has 10 cars without number plates and insists he doesn’t want people who think they are untouchables.
Balaam advised the tax men to call Albert Muhumuza, who normally rides on a motorbike, saying he knows where Sipapa stays and will take them there.
The events promoter also revealed that Sipapa picks cars from Be Forward bond in Naguru without number plates and swell around town.
He also said that he advised Chameleone that he cannot drive a car two years without number plates, which the ‘Baliwa’ singer despised.
