CAF Confirm Kick Off Date For CHAN 2020 Tournament

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has set January 16th, 2021 as the kick off date for the sixth edition of the Championship of African Nations (CHAN).

It will end on February 7th, 2021.

The tournament which was slated for April 2020, was postponed due the Coronavirus pandemic.

The tournament is played by only local-based players.

The Uganda Cranes are in group C alongside Morocco, Togo and rivals Rwanda.

Group D comprises of Zambia, Guinea, Namibia and Zambia.

Libya, Democratic Republic of Congo, Congo and Niger make group B.

The tournament will be played in four stadiums namely Stade Ahmadou, Stade Japoma, Stade de la Reunification and Stadium Limbe

Rwanda Vs Morocco-22nd-January-2021
