NBS TV news anchor, Canary Mugume and fiancee, Fiona Nagirinya aka Sasha Ferguson’s mega wedding will cost a whooping one billion Uganda shillings.
The couple took their time to prepare for this and want to set a trend. Last week, we showed you their wedding budget with most items lock 100 million thresholds. We have been told that some items are going to be shipped from abroad.
Forget the usual paper wedding invites, Canary and Sasha’s wedding invites are made of pure glass with names of guests engraved.
According to the invitation cards seen by routineblast.com, Canary Mugume and Fiona Nagirinya aka Sasha Ferguson’s wedding will take place on Saturday, September 18, 2021. The pair will exchange vows at Pastor Robert Kayanja’s Rubaga Miracle Centre Cathedral.
Later, the reception will be at Speak Resort Munyonyo at 1:00pm but no kids will be allowed and masks are mandatory due to Covid-19 pandemic.
Canary and Saha have been dating for over eight years. They started seeing each other during WBS Television days.
Two years back, the pair almost parted ways after Sasha alleged mobed in with German guy named Philipp Klopp.
Canary overpowered Klopp and managed to rekindle romance with his longterm bae.
To prove his seriousness, on April 29th, 2021, Canary proposed to Sasha Ferguson in the presence of few friends.
On May 7th, Canary visited Sasha’s parents and this was followed by the introduction ceremony on May 22nd.
To prepare Sasha for the big day, friends treated her to a surprise bridal shower that took place on Wednesday, September 8th.
