Comedian, Yokana Mbuuse aka Kapere Lufotose aka Lufo is in tears after losing the youth elections.
Kapere who had contested in Makindye West was handed a shock of his life after all the voters snubbed him and lined behind his rival.
In shame, Kapere was even forced to take off the red cap as the sun hit his bald head.
Speaking to Sanyuka TV, Kapere claims he was robbed of the victory, asked Bobi Wine to meet him and bail him out.
He claims to have invested 300k in the campaigns and regrets his decision.
