Big Talent Entertainment CEO, Edrisa Musuuza aka Eddy Kenzo has officially joined Team Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba camp days after snubbing his mentor, Bobi Wine.
Over the years, Eddy Kenzo always spoke highly of Bobi Wine that he mentored him during Fire Base Crew days. Kenzo came to the music scene after his successful collabo ‘Yanimba’ with Bobi Wine’s young brother, Mikie Wine.
All were going on smoothly until Bobi Wine entered politics. In August 2020, Ireland-based blogger, Kojja Omugezi released an audio of Kenzo stinging Bobi Wine.
The ‘Sitya Loss’ hitmaker accused NUP principal of sabotaging big artists and taking himself as a small god. He also labeled the Ghetto Gladiator a fool.
This was after Bobi Wine refused to welcome him at the Entebbe International Airport as he returned from the US in October 2019 and sent Muhammad Ssegirinya instead.
During that time Kenzo was depressed after his baby mama, Rema Namakula did unthinkable and introduced Dr. Hamza Sebunya to her parents.
He tried to reach Bobi Wine through WhatsApp but the NUP principal refused to reply him after reading messages.
In retariation, Kenzo met president Museveni and said Bobi Wine has never helped him in anything.
After almost 3 years of not talking, Eddy Kenzo and Bobi Wine found themselves in one spot last Wednesday during Zex Bilangilangi’s ‘Hercules 10 Times’ Album listeners party at Exo Lounge.
When Bobi Wine entered, Kenzo vanished from the place. In an interview, Kenzo said he never wanted to interfere with Bobi’s security since he needed permission to greet him.
He once said that he is not on our level, he has a huge security detail, and to speak to him you have to get permission from his bodyguards. I never wanted to interfere with his safety at the event so l left

As 2026 general elections draw closer, Commander of the land forces, Lt. Gen. Muhoozi Kainerubaga is staging countrywide birthday celebrations.
Lt. Gen. Muhoozi’s uncle, Michael Nuwagira aka Toyota who is the chairman of the birthday celebrations, signed up Eddy Kenzo to the camp.
For the second time, Kenzo has snubbed Bobi Wine. He never supported him during 2021 general elections and we can say he is likely to join Gen. Muhoozi’s team in case he comes in 2026 elections.
