Fifi Daqueen Finally Reveals Why She Quit Bukedde TV

Fifi DaQueen real name, Fiona Nabitengero has finally revealed why she resigned from Bukedde TV, 3-years after she left the industrial area media house.

Fifi resigned from Bukedde TV in April 2020. Some started speculating that she was forced out due to her strong links with People Power (NUP) as Vision Group is a state run media house.

In September 2022, Fifi DaQueen through her lawyers, Mwesigwa Rukutana & Company Advocates issued notice of intention to sue to former employers, New Vision Printing & Publishing Company, demanding 10,50,000,000 in three days.

According to Fifi Da Queen, on Monday, September 26, 2022, Bukedde printed and published a headline on the front page in full colour and bold titled “Bakutte Fifi Da Queen kuby’okubba” accompanied with her picture.

We don’t know how far they went. Critics speculated that Fifi wanted to revenge on the former employers and questioned what could have gone wrong.

Finally, Fifi detailed her departure from Bukedde through her social media handles. She highlighted that she had nothing to offer in exchange for the job as the reason as to why she left.

For starters, my name is fifidaqueen mukyala Nsubuga omu bwati ,I joined Media during ma s4 till I got tired n left vision grp. I Joined it during Hajati Nabukenyaz tym so it was on merits coz I had nothing to exchange for a job but my talent. This talented soul resigned from her work almost a yr plus. Tebangoba ngako. I took my decision as a person for my personal reasons. Bakwano mukendeze excitement. I hosted shows like,

Kulya cash among others and I was irreplaceable dats why bwenva mu show abadamu bavuya. I’m glad I was among the pioneers of bukedde Tv n among those few the audience accepted n loved the way we were.
And I pray it’s not us it stopped on kubanga audience ezira .
The maturity in me could not allow me stay for long so wen ma wings grew I had to fly.

Since Fifi left Bukedde TV, she seems to be doing better. In March this year, she showed off a multi-million mansion she built with her hubby, Abdullah Nsubuga aka Fab Love.

It should be noted that in August 2017, Fifi introduced Abdullah Nsubuga aka Fab Love in a colorful ceremony that took place at her relatives home in Nsambya.
