Gen Kahinda Otafiire Pushes Gov’t To Legalise Alien Skin’s Most Loved Plant
July 6, 2023Alien Skin and the Ghetto community are beaming with joy after Minister Of Internal Affairs Maj Gen Kahinda Otafiire asked MPs to delete Miraa (Khat) from the list of prohibited substances in Uganda.
Miraa is among the prohibited substances in Uganda but it is mostly consumed and a source of income in Somalia and Kenya.
Otafiire argues that Miraa is not more dangerous than coffee and alcohol.
I don’t think it is more dangerous than coffee and alcohol. So ladies and gentlemen, I think we better remove it from the prohibited substances because if it was dangerous, how come it has not killed people in Somalia
Maj Gen Kahinda Otafiire
The outspoken general also asked the parliament to allow Ugandans grow Marijuana because of its financial and medical benefits.
Backing his argument with proof, Otafiire argued that drinking whiskey is more dangerous than smoking marijuana.
“You need to smoke about 10kgs of cannabis to die. But, try to drink two glasses of whiskey at the same time”, Maj. Gen Kahinda Otafire.
If the General’s ideas are bought by the parliament, Alien Skin and the Ghetto community will publicly have fun non stop.
Alien Skin has marketed himself as the Nkwacho (Miraa or Khat) lover. He always show off while parading kavera full of Nkwacho.
Opportunist, Abtex is planning to organise Nkwacho festival.
