Bobi Wine diehard fan, Ashburg Katto is in big trouble after being accused of betraying People Power supremo by accepting to meet president Museveni’s agents.

Ashburg who is known for abusing and attacking pro NRM fans and Bobi Wine critics will find it hard to convince People Power diehards to trust him again.

In a leaked Facebook chart, Ashburg accepted to meet NRM bosses and named his fee for the meeting which included; 1.5m as meeting fee, 250k for fuel, meeting bonus and allowance 250k and insisted no photos, videos and live feeds, a sign he was ready to meet president Museveni agents.

Before People Power appointed the spokesperson, Joel Senyonyi, Ashburg Katto used to move with Bobi Wine and acted as the mouth piece of the pressure group but a lot of people complained to the Kyadondo East legislator over his behaviour and was ditched. Since then, he has been targeting pro NRN and people who criticize Bobi Wine by abusing them on social media.

Lots of formal People Power fans have been complaining and accusing him of spoiling the pressure group’s image by attacking people with different ideology.

In May 2019, Ashburg Katto was waylaid by security operatives around Namasuba on Entebbe road as he headied to Buganda Road Court for the hearing of Bobi Wine’s case.

After his release, he said they wanted information about Bobi Wine and his political plans.

Today, People Power diehards turned against him after he posted on his Facebook page a message appreciate the first Son, Lt. Gen Muhoozi for donating food to all the bloggers in Uganda,
