I Am Broke – Pr Mondo Tells Off Side Bae After Being Dragged To Court Over Child Neglect

Pastor Franklin Mondo Mugisha of Empowerment Christian Centre Church International has defended himself after baby mama, Sarah Nakuya accused him of child neglect.

In an interview with Bukedde TV, Nakuya who sired 11-year old with Mondo, revealed its been three years since Mondo last gave child support.

She says the court ordered Mondo to contribute 300k monthly but the flamboyant pastor only contributed for just two months and vanished.

Nakuya says her child is in P.6 and unable to go to school due to lack of fees. She has been at several police stations but has not received any help.

This forced her to drag Mondo to court and as we speak, Makindye Chief Magistrate’s Court issued an arrest warrant for Mondo.

But Mondo is currently hiding in USA for defrauding fellow pastors. In January last year, he fled the country, saying his life was in danger. He stationed in South Africa. Prior to his escape, Mondo, together with singers Catherine Kusasira and Nabbi Omukazi, among others, appeared before the State House Anti-corruption Unit over a sh5b fraud in December 2020.

In his defense for not sending child support, Mondo said he is too broke arguing that his source of income (churches) closed.

Haven’t churches been closed? Where do you want me to go get money? If I’m a pastor and I earn from the church, where do you expect me to get money when they have been closed.
