IN TROUBLE! Bobi Wine Summoned By Wakiso Chief Magistrates Court, Charged With Three Criminal Offenses

What started a s a joke is turning into a thorn in a shoe for Kyadondo East MP, Robert Kyagulanyi aka Bobi Wine.
Bobi Wine who declared his intention to run for the top office, was yesterday dragged to court by lawyer, Male Mabirizi accusing him of lying about his age and using ‘fake’ academic papers.

Today, Wakiso Chief Magistrates court has summoned Bobi Wine to appear in court on September 16th, 2020 at 10:00am without fail.
Bobi Wine will be answering criminal charges related to;
1. Giving false information contrary to section 115 (a) of the penal code act.
2. Obtaining registration by false pretence contrary to section 312 of the penal code act.
3. Uttering false information contrary to section 315 and 347 of the penal code act.
