IN TROUBLE! Jinja Chaplain Gives John Blaq Three Days To Pay Or Face Courts Of Law
March 5, 20202019 Best Artiste, John Kasadha a.k.a John Blaq has been given three days to pay 10.5m to the Jinja Diocese Youth Chaplain Fr. Wakabi Ben or face courts of law after failing to perform at an ordination ceremony in Iganga.
Through Amanyire and Mwebaza Advocates, Fr. Wakabi Ben says he paid the self proclaimed African Boy 3.5m to perform on February 29th but failed to show up.
The man of God now demands that John Blaq refunds 3.5m that was paid for a performance that never happened and extra Shs7m incurred in general and punitive damages.
It’s not the first time artistes have been involved in such mess, last month Fille Mutoni was also dragged to court for failure to perform in Masaka after receiving payment.
