Why Grenade Was Arrested In China

Last night, an admin posted on singer Deus Nduggwa aka Grenade’s social media accounts informing Ugandans that the singer had been arrested in China.

Grenade, who is currently struggling to release hit song has been hoping in and out of the country touring different countries for unknown businesses.

Following his arrest, his manager Joram revealed that they flew to China on a tourist visa. Upon arrival, they received an offer to perform in Ganzhou. After a successful show, they landed another gig which landed then in trouble.

Joram revealed that Grenade was arrested while performing yet he had a tourist via which is against China’s immigration laws. He says they are trying to get relevant people who are well conversant with the Chinese language to help them out.

But, critics have punched holes in the development saying he could be trying to use this opportunity for popularity purposes.
