John Blaq, Management Settle Differences After Tough Meeting

Last week we broke a story how the self proclaimed African Boy, John Kasadha aka John Blaq parted ways with his managers, Black Magic Records over misunderstanding and disrespect.
The romour that John Blaq was nabbed feasting on the manager’s wife is not true.
The source of problems started when stardom got into John Blaq’s head and started disrespecting his managers; Norman Kitti and Kenneth Kalobe (certified auditors).
In 2018, John Blaq approached his relatives; Norman Kitti and Kenneth Kalobe and asked them to invest in him musically.
The pair agreed, formed Black Magic Records and started working with John Black in late 2018 but on friendship basis. He dropped hit after hit, video after video, emerging as the best Ugandan artiste of 2019. At a certain point when Black Magic Records realised John Balq had started behaving awkwardly, they tried committing him to signing an agreement but refused.
When John Blaq started dating a female radio presenter in Ntinda, the lady hoodwinked him and told him that his current managers can’t make him an international star.

She told John Blaq to quit promising to take him to the next level and that’s when the ‘Ebyalagirwa’ singer started swelling, disrespecting the managers, hence the fall out.
After the fallout, John Baq tried securing his social media accounts but never had the logins since he didn’t open the accounts.
He involved lawyers and gave his managers 2-day ultimatum to give him the accounts.
As the battle went on, John Blaq realised that his former managers were not moved by his threats to quit. In the shortest time of puling ropes, Black Magic Records signed a female artiste.
This forced John Blaq to involve Norman Kitti’s OB, Vita Mutebe in order to settle the differences and the meeting was set last Saturday.

John Blaq apologised and the management forgave him. But key decisions were reached on.
Black Magic Records agreed to hand over social media account logins to John Blaq but the YouTube account will stay under the record label.
They also agreed that John Blaq must do an interview denying the separation rumours.
But inside sources say, Black Magic Records are fed up of working with ‘disrespectful’ John Blaq and plans to terminate their relationship with him in the coming months.
