Jose Chameleone Hires New Manager After Firing Bijou

Legendary singer, Joseph Mayanja aka Jose Chameleone has hired new manager after firing Fortunate Bijou over breach of contract.

On February 4, 2020, Jose Chameleone called a press conference at Sky Lounge, Kisementi-Kamwokya and unveiled Fortunate Bijou as his new manager replacing Robert Mutima.

Bijou’s role was to market Chameleone’s brand, bring in lucrative performance deals and endorsements. However, her appointment came at a wrong time. One month down the road, president Museveni announced total lockdown which frustrated businesses.

With vast experience in managing clubs and events, Chamili hoped Bijou would lead him to beer and soda companies but this did not happen since most companies went into cost cutting.

On the side of managing artistes, Bijou was green and has never managed big brand like Jose Chameleone.

In January last year, word started making rounds that Chamili had parted ways with Eventix and Muchachos headed by Fortunate Bijou.

Now we have been informed that Chamili swallowed pride and he is in advanced talks to re-appoint Nkuke Robert Jackson alias Mutima to take over his management.

Mutima is said to have brokered the deal that saw Chameleone pocket dollars in recent concluded world tour.

The Leone Island boss realised that Mutima is the right man for the job and told him to return and handle business.
