Jose Chameleone Sells Off Daniella Villas Apartments As Prepares Himself For 2021 Elections

Word coming from Bweyogerere indicates that Joseph Mayanja a.k.a Jose Chameleone has sold off Daniella Villas Apartments.
An insider has disclosed to us that the legendary musician sold the apartments to a city business lady for around Shs.800m.
It is believed Chameleone is planning to use the money for 2021 Kampala Lord Mayor elections and also to clear the balance of the house he bought in the US where his family currently live.
As we speak, unidentified city business lady is now renovating the apartments and ready to rent them out. She even changed the color of the perimeter fence to give them a new look.
Chameleone bought the apartments in 2012 and named them after his wife Daniella Atim. The apartments consist of eight units with two bedrooms each.
Neighbours say, the apartments have been unoccupied for sometime.
