Leone Island boss, Joseph Mayanja aka Jose Chameleone is still bitter with NUP principal, Robert Kyagulanyi Sentamu aka Bobi Wine.
Since NUP denied Chameleone a party ticket to run as a Kampala Lord Mayor in the recent concluded general elections, ‘Bayuda’ singer took it personal.
Chamili thought his fellow artist would back him but NUP instead handed the party flag to Latif Ssebagala. When Lafif pulled out, Chameleone felt his old friend would call him but instead he snubbed him again and picked Nabilah Nagayi Ssempala who lost to incumbent, Erias Lukwago.
During a recent performance in Kyengera, revelers demanded that Chameleone recognises Bobi Wine but the legendary artist reminded the audience that the Ghetto gladiator denied him a party ticket and he also decided to distance himself from him.

Chamili added that he feels much better relating with Bebe Cool, Eddy Kenzo, and David Lutalo among others.
Over the years, Bobi Wine and Jose Chameleone have not been seeing face to face. Their battle originates from music.
In 2000s, Ugandans witnessed chaos and competition between Bobi Wine’s Fire base Crew and Chameleone’s Leone Island. The pair meeting in one spot would result into a fight.
