Renowned gospel singer, Judith Babirye has apologised to his fans and believers in a remorseful video regretting taking a wrong path.
Judith Babirye who was by then Buikwe Woman MP stole and introduced fellow legislator, Paul Musoke Sebulime in a traditional marriage that took place on July27, 2018 at Las Vegas, Bunga-Kawuku in Makindye Division.
Her marriage came with a backlash as Sebulime’s wife, Nalongo Lukia Ntale went public, labeled her a husband snatcher, vowed to reclaim her man and deal with her personally.
Fellow born-again christians were not happy with her behaviour. She abandon her parliamentary duties, fled Uganda and settled in Canada as pressure mounted on her.
In November 2019, Babirye gave birth to a bouncing baby boy but we hear Sebulime disowned her child.
With Babirye out of the picture, Sebulime apologised and went back to Nalongo Lukiya.
In January 2020, Sebulime successfully divorced Babirye at the Family Division High Court accusing the gospel singer of denying him conjugal rights. He revealed that he had never eaten her since the second week of August 2018.
Almost 5-years in Canada, a remorseful Babirye issued a public apology over the weekend regretting taking a wrong path.
She apologised for entering the second marriage admitting it was a wrong move, she aplogised to Uganda, believers, her fans and the young generation that look at her their role model.
She ended up apologising to Nalongo Lukiya Ntale and asked her to forgive her for stealing her man.
