Kassim Ouma On His Failed Relationship With Juliana | I Have Nothing Against Her

Former World Champion Kassim ‘The Dream’ Ouma has spoken out on her failed relationship with singer, Juliana Kanyomozi.

Ouma, 44, and Juliana, 42, met in 2007 and kicked off relationship. Juliana had gone for a Uganda Convention in the US and at the same time when Ouma was slated to fight American Jermaine Taylor.

At the fight, Juliana accepted to sing the Ugandan anthem and the rest was history. As the relationship hit the roof, Juliana converted to Islam taking on the name Jalia, for the sake of Ouma.

All was going well until 2008 when the pair parted ways. During an interview with MC Ibrah, Ouma revealed that he last met Juliana in 2008.

Ouma says he wants to meet Juliana but admitted it might be hard. He insists he has nothing against her.

Ouma insists that even though they have taken many years without talking, Juliana is ‘his gal’.

He still refers to Juliana as the ‘number one diva in the whole of Uganda.’

We had a relationship. I first met her when she came to the US for the Uganda convention. It is 14 years since I last met her face to face. I have nothing against her and hope she has nothing against me,” he says

Ouma and Juliana have since moved on. The former fathered twins in the US but currently resides in Germany while the latter, recently gave birth to a bouncing baby boy, Taj.
