Geosteady converts to Islam
Singer, George William Kigozi aka Geosteady has converted to Islam this afternoon thanks to Eddy Kenzo.
Geosteady, who was born a christian, switched his allegiance to Islam and has been given a new name, Hassan Kigozi.
We have been reliably informed that Eddy Kenzo convinced Geosteady to join Islam and he was among the witness as the ‘Owooma’ hitmaker took his ‘Shahadah’ at the grand opening of UK Mall in Kansanga.
Supreme Mufti Sheikh Siriman Kasule Ndirangwa officiated the function.
Geosteady says his dad was a muslim and conveted to a catholic when he was marrying his mother. He claims that pushed him to join Islam.
Geosteady’s conversion to Islam comes at a time after bitterly breaking up with baby mama, Prima Kardashi. Prima packed her belongings and kids and left after Geosteady told her he wanted peace of mind.
Prima has moved on and now dating Galaxy FM presenter, Henry Danson.
Geosteady joins a list of other artistes who have converted to Islam; Joseph Mayanja aka Jose Chameleone who later converted back to christianity, Grace Ssekamate, Vicent Ssegawa, Omulangira Ssuna among others.
