Miss Rwanda 2016, Jolly Mutetsi is set to miss Lt. Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s 48th birthday slated for this weekend.
Among the guests invited for the birthday, former Miss Rwanda, Jolly Mutetsi received invitation and the birthday boy Twitted on April 18 confirming that she would attend.

However, the beauty queen seems to be having some busy schedule and might miss out on the birthday. She wished Muhoozi a happy birthday in advance and told him that in case she misses out, she will attend the next one.
