Radio Simba presenter and events promoter, Simon Peter Ndawula aka Omulangira Ndausi spent the night behind bars at Jinja road police station.
Ndausi who was arrested yesterday, has been wanted by police after some people complained that he extorted money promising to get them jobs in the US.
Finally he was nabbed and NTV Uganda news anchor Andrew Kyamagero broke the news of his arrest through his Twitter handle on Monday evening.
He shared a video of Ndausi at Jinja Road Police station and revealed how the veteran media personality was to spend the night behind coolers.

It is alleged that ‘Bisangawano’ morning radio show host extorted between 10-15m from each of his victims.
At the beginning of March, former WBS TV presenter, William Ntege aka Kyuma Kya Yesu recorded a video and warned Ndausi to stop deceiving people that he works with him. He clarified that he stays in Toronto, Canada not in the US.
