Rema Namakula to only sing for coming 10 years

Songstress Rema Namakula is set to only sing for the coming 10 years and leave the music industry for the young generation.

This was revealed by one of her relatives and close people Kirumira.

When Rema Namakula left Eddy Kenzo and decided to get married to another man Dr. Hamza Ssebunya, there was so much criticism from the public.

Rema’s family and close friends had to stand in for her and support the choices she has made as a person without criticizing her.

One of the people that supported Rema Namakula getting married to another man is Kirumira who is said to be a relative too.

On the day of the introduction ceremony in 2019, Kirumira said he had given Rema only three years in the music industry and after that she will leave.

But after the introduction ceremony, the world was hit with Covid19 and almost everything came to a stand Still.

According to Kirumira, his plans didn’t work because of Covid19 but for now Rema can sing for about 10 years and after that she will quit the industry.

“I had given my daughter Rema three years of singing after her introduction ceremony with husband Dr. Hamza Ssebunya. But because of Covid19, my plans didn’t work so well however I promise that she only has about ten years of singing and after that she will officially quit,” Kirumira said in an interview Spark TV .

It should be noted that Rema hasn’t talked about quitting the music industry at any point of her life.
