Shaban Muhammad among Fortebet Real Stars of April

The organisers of the Fortebet Real Stars Sports Monthly awards have announced the winners for the month of April.
The winners came from Football, boxing and Rugby and were rewarded on Tuesday at Jude Color Solutions offices in Kampala.
KCCA FC striker and currently Uganda Premier league top scorer Muhammad Shaban was named as the best football player of April.
Shaban scored four league goals and one assist for KCCA FC during the month of April.
He beat Kitara FC’s attacker Paul Mucureezi and Sharon Namatovu to the gong.
Heathens Michael Wokorach clinched the Rugby accolade for his outstanding performances in April.
Wokorach was instrumental for his side in the three games he played and was named man of match during their victory over Impis.
He fend off competition from Emily Lekuru and Yasin Wasswa to the accolade.
Farahat Manirola overcame Henry Kasujja and Harold Mukuye to the Boxing gong.
Manirola was rewarded for his remarkable knockout victory over Democratic Republic of Congo’s Gael Assuman in Kampala during the month April.
The winners walked away with a winners’ plaque and cash prizes courtesy of main sponsors Fortebet and Jude Color solutions.
