Singer, Sister Charity Accuses Minister, John Byabagambi Of Disappearing With Her Money

Legendary Western Uganda singer, Kobutungi Charity aka Sister Charity is accusing Minister for Karamoja Affairs, Engineer John Byabagambi of stealing her 1.5m.
From the video that is making rounds on social media, Sister Charity says Byabagambi approached her record a song for his political campaigns and paid deposit.
After recording the song, Sister Charity sent the demo to Byabagambi for the feedback, instead the minister kept the song and started using it without clearing her balance.
Sister Charity blasted selfish people who have made it a habit of using artistes without paying them and told Byabagambi to keep the money and see if he will go to heaven.
