Swangz Avenue Expands Business, To Start School

Industrial Area-based record label, Swangz Avenue is set to expand as its bosses, Benon Mugumbya and Julius Kyazze set to start Creative Arts school.
Over the years, Swangz Avenue has established itself as a top record label signing and nurturing new talents; Winnie Nwagi, Vinka, Azawi, Irene Ntale among others.
On top of artistes, Swangz Avenue has spread its wings into Film production, Advertisement, concerts and Awards – courtesy of Buzz Magazine.
The management is now planning to open a creative arts school to teach various courses ranging from music, film, production among many others.
Last week, former Vision Group CEO, Robert Kabushenga hosted Benon Mugumbya and Julius Kyazze on 360 Mentor and they revealed that the school will be launched in June this year at the current location of the label in Industrial Area.
