Why Ex-FDC President, Rtd Col Dr Kizza Besigye Missed The Late Nasser Ssebagala’s Burial

As masses attended Al-Hajji Nasser Ntege Ssebaggala’s send off yesterday at the family’s ancestral home in Kisaasi, Former FDC president, Retired Colonel Doctor Kizza Besigye was a notable absentee.

Seeya who breathed his last at the age of 72 on Saturday at the International Hospital Kampala, threw his weight behind Besigye in 2001 when he announced that he would lend his support to his Presidential bid while on Duster Street.

After the burial, Besigye took to his socials and revealed he was in self isolation and couldn’t participate in the send off of the former comrade.
