Zari, South African based Ugandan socialite is millions richer after she was appointed as Tanzania’s Tourism Ambassador yesterday.

Earlier this week, we broke a story how Zari sneaked in Tanzania with Princess Tiffah and Prince Nillan and headed to Diamond Platnumz mansion amid tight security.

Netizens were asking what brought the ‘Bosslady’ to Tanzania owing to the fact that Diamond spent Eid cerebrations with her and the kids in South Africa.

The secret was revealed yesterday after she posted a video boarding an aircraft to Tanzania’s Tourism ministry before signing a multi-million deal.

“Today I was announced as tourism ambassador for Tanzania… Thankful to God for all his blessings”, Zari posted on Facebook.

Zari has been a darling to Tanzanians since she started dating Diamond Platnumz. Her big following on social media; Instagram and Facebook has earned her big endorsement deals. She boasts of 9.1m followers on Instagram.

**Zari signing deal in Tanzania yesterday**

The Bosslady is also an ambassador for Softcare sanitary pads. On Wednesday she toured schools and distributed free Sanitary pads.

Over the years, Zari has maintained herself as a top brand. On top of being a socialite, Zari is a successful businesswoman. She runs Brooklyn City college schools, a venture she started with the late hubby, Don Ivan Ssemwanga.

Inside sources intimated to us that Diamond Platnumz’ manager, Hamisi Shaban Taletale aka Babu Tale who also doubles as Chama Cha Mapinduzi’s Member of Parliament for Morogoro South constituency initiated the deal.

This is not the first time Zari has been appointed as Tourism ambassador, in 2018 she was appointed as Uganda’s Tourism ambassador.
