The late Hon Ssegirinya Muhammad’s personal assistant Alex Luswa has revealed reasons why National Unity Platform (NUP) President Bobi Wine’s rallies are gaining more attention.
He made this statement following the Busia rally that had thousands of people out waiting for him and even at his hotel room.
Bobi Wine isn’t just a politician but he is also a musician who had popularity before he even ever joined politics.
When he contested against President Museveni in 2021, it made him even more popular but unfortunately it didn’t lead him to wining.
According to Alex Luswa, the large masses that show up at Bobi Wine’s rallies are not specifically their for politics and will not even vote for him.

He said that they just want to the kind of musician he is and the performances he offers at every rally he gets too.
“Robert Kyagulanyi, being a musician, attracts a portion of people to his rallies who come to see him as an artist. Those people don’t vote him they just want to see his performances,” .- Lusswa Luwemba
