Almost a week after Comedian Yokana Mbuuse aka Kapere Lufotose collapsed and died at a hospital in Buddo, an audio has surfaced on social media with the late accusing his wife, Lydia Nakandi aka Mama Trump of trying to finish him off.
Kapere who died on Sunday, November 1, can be heard in an audio telling a friend in a phone call that in case he dies, Lydia Nakandi aka Mama Trump would be responsible. “Naye nga ansize ye mama Trump, nina lumbe waka, lwelugenda okunzita. Nkubulide kyali wange, ngenga kufa”, Kapere narrated in a phone call.
Since his death, netizens have been spreading gossip with some revealing that Kapere was a depressed man, who hopped bar to bar in search of survival. Some claim that the comedian was always hungry because the little he could get, ended up to his wife and children.
It should be noted that Kapere and Nakandi were always in cat and mouse chase. At one point, Nakandi was stopped at Queens’ Way trying to walk home freeing the late Kapere.
