Alien Skin, real name Patrick Mulwana is facing evection from the famous Fangon Forest in Sempa Zone, Makindye over unpaid rent arrears.
According to eviction notice dated October 26, 2026, issued by his landlord, Isaac Katubere, Alien Skin allegedly owes approximately Shs.36 million in rent arrears accumulated over a period of about 12 months (one year).
Alien entered an agreement to pay monthly rent of Shs. 2,250,000 which he has failed to fulfill for a year, with an addition Shs. 9,000,000 in water bill.
The ‘Sitya Danger’ singer has been given 30 days to pay or remove all his belongings. Failure to comply with the notice may result in legal action.
The landlord notified the Community Liaison Officer (CLO) Katwe Police Station and LC II Luwafu Ward.
In a playful manner, Alien Skin took to X and responded to the landlord to stop disturbing him. “Being a landlord is not a job, You should get a job and stop disturbing tenants”, Alien Skim posted.
