Popular Comedian Ann Kansiime has left ugandans shocked after she revealed that she is currently in a relationship and really very happy about it.
The comedian revealed that she has actually never been anyone’s wife because her supposed husband didn’t pay the dowry that her parents asked for.
In the interview, she reveals that in the marriage, she had to pay her own dowry because the husband didn’t pay it when the parents asked for it, and she lived a lie until she failed to give birth while with the same man so she believes it was God’s way of communicating to her because all that is history because she finally found a right man who values her.
Anne Kansiime said that she is actually now happy that for the first time she is in a relationship and happy.
“I am in love for the first time like this because this is the first relationship I am in where I am taken care of,” she revealed.

For years, Kansiime says she carried the weight in her relationships, often being the provider and the one responsible for everyone else.
“In other relationships, I have always done what I must do, what I should do for the people around me. I was the bread earner, bread winner… bread eater,” she said.
