James Propa On Why The Copyright Law Will Take Long To Work In Uganda
March 24, 2025Entertainment critic and a Ugandan music lover James Propa has revealed reasons why the copyright will take long to work in Uganda.
He said that people have been excited about the statement that President Museveni made weeks ago after meeting up with Eddy Kenzo.


Unfortunately they were made before the copyright law was even put on the table to be discussed in parliament or even considered to pass.
According to James Propa, Ugandan politicians are in a busy season at the moment. The elections are clearly starting this year until the voting in next year.

They don’t have enough time to discuss and pass something at the moment and next year it will even be harder.
