Singer Joseph Mayanja famously known as Jose Chameleone has revealed what he is really battling after four months in United States of America (USA).
He refuted the rumour that has been making rounds on social media for months claiming that he was struggling with drug and alcohol addiction which destroyed his life.
One of the people that called him out was his son Abba Marcus who claimed that he has talked to his father multiple time and unfortunately he was unable to change not even for the sake of the children.

After his return to Uganda, Jose Chameleone has a press conference where he revealed that he was struggling with pancreatitis not alcohol addiction.

The legendary singer revealed that he is happy that he is healthy and back with his family in Uganda.
“Many people knew I was sick, but few knew what I was battling. I had pancreatitis, with multiple causes behind it,” Jose Chameleone
It should be noted that the singer is also having a concert coming up. He is ready to perform for his fans again and move on with his life normally in the music industry.
