Jose Chameleone’s Health Condition Worsens Once Again

Ugandan legendary singer Joseph Mayanja also known as Jose Chameleone’s health condition has worsened once again.
This comes one day after he gave an update saying he was doing perfectly well and was even excited to return and perform for his fans once again.
The singer is currently in the United States of America where he was taken two months ago. It was said that he is struggling with alcohol addiction which which has left some of his internal organs damaged.
According to Juliet Zawedde who is taking care of him in America, Jose Chameleone needs extra prayers and hopefully he will be fine after he was rushed in an ambulance.

It is not clear what he is now struggling with because after the doctors warning and his children’s cries, it seems like he hasn’t been using alcohol lately.

It should be noted that the singer moved with his young brother Weasel to take care of him despite having his family that side.
