Joshua Baraka Tips Artistes On How To Make An International Hit

Ugandan singer Joshua Baraka has tipped fellow artistes on how to make an international hit like him.

He said that it is not hard but at the same time it is not simple, someone has to balance everything to make it work out.

Joshua Baraka has been in the music industry for about three years but he has made international appearances than most of the musicians that have been in the industry for almost ten years.

His first song went internationally and from their he started meeting and collaborating with different musicians across the world.

Ugandan artistes have always found it hard to go international in their careers. Some claim that it is hard but others say being local brings in more money than investing to be international.

According to Joshua Baraka different artistes have dreams but those within dreams to go international need to understand that production and quality of a song berry important.

He also spoke about the language of the song claiming that some English also helps a song in going international.

“I know us musicians we have different dreams but those who want to have an international hit need to understand that the quality of the song is important. Artistes internationally invest in production of their songs and there is much competition. Also some English in the song helps as people understand what your singing,”
