Late Evelyn Lagu’s House Demolished Leaving Son Homeless

The late famous singer and actress Evelyn Lagu’s house has been demolished and al the property stolen leaving her only son Freddie Kasavu homeless.
All this happen while he is was in rehabilitation getting treatment for his mental healthy problems.
Freddie checked in rehabilitation early this year February. He wasn’t doing well not because of the drugs like people say but because of the trauma from the mother’s sickness and the ultimate death.
According to the young boy, his mother worked so hard to atleast leave him with something like a house. She knew that he is the only child left on earth but unfortunately her hard work was destroyed in a day.
Freddie Kasavu said that he thinks people had planned it they just waited for an opportunity to execute their plans once he is not home.

The police hasn’t caught the person in charge but the investigation are still going on to know why and how as they have documents indicating they are the real owners of the land and the house.
“When I went back home, I found that they had taken over the rear part of our house, the well, the water tank, all these were taken. I do not know why it happened but everything was destroyed.
I think they had planned it all out and when it happened, people came around and cried because they knew how hard my mum had worked to leave something behind, he said.
I heard about it and visited the place. We have not yet received answers as to why it happened and we are currently looking for the person responsible for that because the late was not under any debt for that land. It was fully paid for and there are supporting documents for all these,” he said.
