Media personality Evelyn Mic has openly dared Sheilah Gashumba to get her fired from NRG Radio Uganda, escalating their ongoing feud over claims about Sheilah’s private life and relationship with Alex Bidandi. Evelyn insists she stands by her statements, dismissing Sheilah’s threats as empty.
Evelyn Mic (real name Evelyn Masika), a presenter at NRG Radio Uganda, alleged that Sheilah Gashumba had broken up with her boyfriend Alex Bidandi.
Evelyn described Sheilah as someone who “never settles in relationships,” sparking backlash.
In response, Sheilah warned Evelyn that she had the power to get her fired from NRG Radio. Evelyn laughed off the threat, daring her to try.
Evelyn insists she is a journalist who “speaks the truth” and claims her remarks even helped Sheilah and Alex patch things up for public image.
She emphasized: “I stand by what I said. They split up and because of me and what I said, they are trying to patch up the relationship.”

Sheilah took to social media, calling Evelyn’s claims false and distressing. She revealed she had to personally call bloggers and radio stations to delete the false reports — something she had never done before.
Sheilah described the incident as “bad energy” and pleaded for respect for her privacy, confirming she has been in a private relationship for a year.
