Min Balaam On Why Artiste Henry Mwanje Was Arrested

State minister for the youth and children Min Balaam Barugahara has revealed reasons why he decided to get singer Henry Mwanje arrested yesterday.
He said that he is protecting some young children from being exploited by him in the name of fame especially on social media.
Henry Mwanje has been moving around with the young boy known as Pius who also represents himself as a lady known as Queen Bianca.
When he started going viral on social media many people thought that he is actually a girl but he later confirmed that he is indeed a boy but has always taken himself to be lady even when he was still with his parents.
Henry Mwanje is one of the people that jumped into being close to him in the name of helping him manage his career which is singing and dancing.

The singer was warned about the young boy being under age and the fact that he is representing himself as a lady yet he is a boy.
He claimed to have taken him back to his family but yesterday he appeared at the office of Min Balaam who pledged to look after him in terms of education. He also took the two of them to sign a private statement at police.
The minister said the reason for him to take Mwanje to police was to make sure that the young boys out their like Pius ate protected.
“I have taken Henry Mwanje to police to sign a private statement. I am protecting the young boys like Pius from him in the future,”
